Each active store, kitchen or warehouse you run the app at. Your central kitchen counts as one. Switch a location off and it stops counting.
Yes. Pricing is per location only. Add everyone who works there, with the role that fits.
Most questions use 1 credit; longer ones that look at several things use 2. So 1,000 credits covers roughly 500 to 1,000 questions a month, shared by everyone in your business.
The add-on connects your sensors to Keep’s temperature log, with alerts. The sensors themselves aren’t included; tell us what you use and we’ll check it connects.
GoldYoke adds no connection fee: the POS sync add-on is our only charge for it. Square and Toast set their own terms for connected apps, so check your plan with them.
Yes. Your GoldYoke ID, locations and team carry over. Add the second app from your account at any time.
By card, monthly or yearly. Change locations or add-ons whenever you need to. Cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app: your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for and isn’t renewed.
Yes. Purchase orders and Keep’s reports download as CSV and PDF. On request, we send all your business’s data as spreadsheet (CSV) files within 30 days, also for 30 days after you cancel. Then we delete it.
Yes, for a one-time fee we quote before you start. Send what you have (spreadsheets, invoices or exports) and we set up your items, pars, recipes, suppliers, team and equipment. It’s working within a week of getting your files. Request a demo and we’ll plan it with you.
